These terms govern your use of Coaching OS. By booking a demo, creating an account, or using the platform, you agree to them.
The service
Coaching OS is a platform that helps coaches, consultants, and agencies automate lead qualification, sales, booking, onboarding, and client support through a set of automation modules you enable per workspace.
Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your workspace, including content sent to your leads and clients through enabled automations.
Billing
Paid plans are billed on the cycle you select at signup. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We don't offer retroactive refunds except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to send spam, harass leads or clients, violate applicable communications laws (including opt-in/opt-out requirements for SMS, WhatsApp, and email), or misrepresent who's communicating with your leads and clients.
Your data
You own the data you and your leads/clients put into the platform. We process it on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
Disclaimer & liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coaching OS isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date above when we do, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active accounts.
